coconutBattery isn't just a tool which shows you only the current charge of your battery - it also shows you the current maximum capacity of it in relation to the original capacity your battery had as it left the factory. .. that piece of crap Battery Health Monitor doesn't work on any AlumiBooks evern though the Developer claims it does.

I used coconut battery for about a year now and it was great in 2.5 and 2.5.1. But I upadated it to 2.6.1 (didn't use 2.6) and now it's a CPU hog. When i start up coconut battery on my C2D Macbook the system% goes from 1-3% up to 75-83%. I did not notice this in 2.5 version. I checked activity monitor and there are about 12-13 ioreg processes listed. Most of these ioreg's range from 8-12% with a few at 1-2%. It cause my cpu temp to jump 10-15 degrees celsius and my fans to increase.
This should not happen with a simple battery monitor.
I'm using leopard though that should be a factor since 2.6 and on was suppose to be leopard compatible.

Not sure what's new with this version, and still no widget as part of this download. It's just the app (which works fine, btw, on my 10.5.2 MacBook Pro)(2.4 gHz)
Also, I emailed the developer, about two weeks ago, and received no response.
